After 2 serious relationships, charity works and boys on the side. This is what I want or look for in guy. I’ve waited this long and I will never, ever settle for less:

1. Smart, witty, intelligent
2. Someone taller than me but not taller than 5’7”. I don’t like guys taller than my Daddie and my Dad is 5’8”.
3. Same age or older and when I say older for as long as he’s not the same age as my parents it’s fine with me and if he’s a cute old guy like Brad Pitt or George Clooney because I just hate eeew-est … icky old people, they’re sons of bitches --- Ahahaha. J
4. Someone who loves deeply, movingly and completely --- someone who’s as passionate with love as I am, someone who loves as much and much more than I do.
5. Someone who’s willing to do everything and anything for love, someone romantic and loves surprises --- someone who continues to fall in love with me everyday.
6. Someone who knows what it feels like to have his heart broken so he won’t break mine
7. Someone who’s honest and true, loyal and devoted --- and I mean one-woman-man, someone who will always be faithful, whose heart beats only for me.
8. Someone who has a really cute personality, someone who’s really funny and can make me laugh my heart out (this is crucial because it’s so hard to make me laugh).
9. Someone who’s a willing victim and when I say willing victim someone who’ll put up with all my kabaliwan’s (someone who’d not be ashamed to watch chick flicks, hang out with me and the girls, go shopping, run errands, who’d always be game with every silly dare I have or who’s always up for anything even those that are not plannedJ)
10. Someone who’s GOD-fearing and family-oriented.
11. Someone neat and clean, who has a good hygiene and who always smells good (it’s such a crime to be mabaho --- Ahahaha J)
12. Someone not hairy --- that is so icky! J
13. Not fat or thin --- someone sexy! yea … men!J
14. Athletic --- someone who’s good with any sport even if he hasn’t played it yet *winks*
15. Sun-kissed or Tan because of the sports he does (for as long as our skin tone is bagay it doesn’t matter if he’s fairer than meJ)
16. Not necessarily stunningly good-looking but can be if he wants to (for as long as I find him cute what other people may think doesn’t really matterJ)
17. Someone who’s from a good school and a good family
18. Classy and Well-off --- enough said.
19. Someone who’s going to treat me like a spoiled little princess and who doesn’t mind being spoiled as well. J
20. Someone who also loves the people who loves me.
21. Hardworking and Responsible --- someone who’s ma-diskarte.
22. Someone who’s Mr.-Fix-It, someone who can do almost anything just like my Dad.
23. Someone who not only thinks of me as a lover slash girlfriend but also considers me as his best friend.
24. Someone who has a good and kind heart and knows how to share what he has with other people.
25. Someone who’s willing to share his dreams and his world with me --- someone who makes me an important part of his life.
26. Someone who’ll grow old with me, not grow apart … someone whom even in my absence will grow even fonder of me.  
27. Someone who’s true to his word --- who knows how to keep his vows and promises and expects me to keep mine no matter what.
28. Someone who doesn’t smoke (read: I have asthma).
29. Someone who drinks occasionally.
30. Someone not necessarily conservative, but values himself enough to live life with limits and set for himself rules (that can be bend only for me).
31. Someone who has a good sense of style but not to the point that he’s OA-ly Metrosexual.
32. Someone patient, understanding, merciful and compassionate (without suffering there’ll be no compassion).
33. Someone who's a Blood Type "O". *winks*
34. Someone who loves Mama Mary as much and much more than I do.

What the heck is a twelvies – mwelvies? Well it’s a word I invented for the people closest to my heart whose special day falls on the twelfth of the month.

There are only 3 people in my life who’s a twelvies – mwelvies but they made this number super duper special:

It’s been a trying year for me --- well at least the last 8 months. It’s been both good and bad, bitter and sweet. From our Candy Parties and now to the actual Clubbin’ and Boozin’, from the L300 Exceed, eMeX and now to eEyeX. It’s been one hell of a ride but I’m glad she rode with me all the way.

I was born and raised a Catholic so it’s easy to assume that I have an unspoken love for Mama Mary but my relationship with her truly developed in 2003 ---

Before 2003, sure, sure I pray the rosary in elementary and high school. We were required to do so because in Catholic Schools October is the Rosary Month. Oh yea, I go to mass, I attended Sunday School and everything else that was mandatory or expected if you were born into a Catholic Family --- but none of those experiences left a mark in my heart. You know what it’s like when you just let things happen to you but you don’t really take note of what’s happening --- that’s what my faith was like before 2003.

In 2003, my perfect little world came crashing down. I was stripped off everything I’ve ever loved and what was left of me was my faith, my mum and a few loyal followers. Not one of my dearest and oldest girlfriends knew what was happening to me --- well I told them all about it three years later. I have no else to turn to. I’m in this city away from home, away from Mummie, Lainey, Cibo and Aye. I have to go through the ordeal away from my comfort zone but in faith I know my One True Mother was with me all the way, praying for me and praying with me. Thank GOD for Tita Neneng, my cuzzees Ate Gingbee, Joshee and Jannel, my nephew and Godson Nikki, my nieces Nikka and Yssa, the ever dependable Ate Sue, my Godfather Ninong Jewel, Tita Netnet and Lola Angel --- these people will always have a special place in my heart.

Starting 2003, I learned to pray the rosary everyday. I am fond of attending the First Friday and Saturday Masses of the Month for the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I try to go to confession as often as I can. I visit the Adoration Chapel as often as I can. I completed my very first Simbang Gabi as in ‘yung 3:00am mass, pare hndi yung 9:00pm mass na nagsa-start ng December 15! I completed my very first novena to Holy Mary of Guadalupe. I completed my very first novena to Saint Joseph. I try to go to mass everyday. I know, I know I don’t look it but I am spiritual but hey I’m not claiming to be holier than thou because I’m not. I just know that my heart is definitely in the right place and there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for my faith.

Uhmmm … I wanted sooo bad for everyone to know what happened to me in 2003 but now’s not the right time and I’m not even sure if there will ever be a right time to tell that story. What I do know is this … as each year passes I’m becoming better than ever.

I think the Aquinos are overrated except for Ninoy. I love Ninoy. He is my fave national hero. Rizal is Rizal but Ninoy just left a better mark in my heart of what freedom feels like. Sure, I was pretty young then but I vividly remembered how my mum would dress me all in yellow --- dress, shoes, head band, well my socks are white but the flowers, laces and ribbons on it are yellow, oh I even have a yellow star-shaped glassesJ and then they would take me to the freedom rally with them.

A day before his death anniversary I just have this strange inkling to go visit Team Manila in Jupiter. It felt like I have to get a new bag because my red manila week bag needs a break--- I had it since December of 2007 and I’ve been using it ever since.

After a week of staying in my city home I was finally back at the Upper East!!!

I arrived around 4pm but Peach and my parents weren’t home but I was surprised to see eEyeX parked on the driveway so I asked Marl where they went and she told me they went out with Tito Ver, Tita Beth and Tessie. Thank GOD Aye was with me or I wouldn’t come home. Sure, I love the Upper East but I just go there to see my loved ones. It’s just really sad that both my brothers are studying in Bacolod --- there isn’t much to do without them at the Upper East. Oh and the country club just holds too much bittersweet memories for me as well --- aarrrgh! hehehe. Uh-well I’ve still got 19 more days so just bear with me, pare --- I’ll be good as new then. *winks*

I’m not sure what time they arrived but I was so thrilled to see all of them. And I also got to meet the Tiongson’s new baby --- their new car!!! Yey!!! :D But they haven’t given it a name yet but it’s gorgeous and I loved it! Of course not as much as my eEyeX. And I gave Tito Ver and Tita Beth a peace offering (Puff Mommy - best cream puffs ever!) --- I know I didn’t do anything wrong, that I just got tangled with what happened and this was eons ago and I already got their forgiveness the next day. But I still feel the need to let them know that I love them like my own parents and I wouldn’t do anything to deliberately hurt or disappoint them. Really.

One of the sweetest things about coming home to the Upper East is the fireworks display at Enchanted Kingdom which you can view on our deck but because of the rainy season I think they temporarily stopped doing the fireworks display but it was such a treat that I got to see it last Saturday. Fireworks would have to be one of my fave things in the entire world. I wish I could view it while aboard the London Eye. I know, I know Singapore’s Eye is taller than that of London’s but oh puh-leeze … I’m not too crazy about visiting Singapore.





 

Pamilya Sundays --- My weekend was basically about being a good girl --- I didn’t go clubbin’, I spent quality time with Peach and my parents. After 14 years I’m back to wearing braces but thank GOD it would just be the bottom part of my teeth because I would totally die of embarrassment for looking so high school-ish. Ahahaha. :D After the dentist appointment my parents dropped me off at the Town Center because I’m going to meet Bugsy and Aye just to chill out. So while I was waiting for them I bought 2 new outfits from People Are People (one of my fave stores --- the other stores I love are Mango & Top Shop). My new outfits are for clubbin’, men! I can’t wait!!! :D We ate at Brooklyn Pizza and had dessert at Häagen Dazs. 


whoever thought of Ice Cream Sandwiches is a genius. Seriously. but for me nothing beats Presto's Funwich --- please bring it back ... (aye, sinu ang isa pang may fave sa Funwich? :D)

Bugsy is from Pacita so he has to take the shuttle going to Pacita while Aye and I had to take the Jeepney going to Sta. Rosa via Mamplasan. Surprised? Well we have no choice pare. :D Before we went home I have to pay my respects so I went to St. Jerome Emiliani Parish --- it was actually the first time I got inside this church. Sure I’ve been inside it’s adoration chapel countless of times but it’s a first for me to go inside and see it’s altar. I was also surprised to see the portrait of Holy May of Guadalupe! :D

Confession … I know, I know I said my weekend was about being a good girl but I don’t think my week is goin’ to be complete without booze. So before we head home we brought home bottles of Vodka Cruiser. *winks*

Monday --- Special Holiday! No work, pare. :D Bugsy, Lena and Aye were at the Upper East so we took a dip at the country club’s pool. :D Peach was with us --- this kid really loves to hang out with older people as my mum would put it: “Napaka pala-barkada nyang bata …” Hehehe. I was pretty much like Peach when I was the same age as her since I have no one but my twin bro Lainey so aside from him I had no choice but to hang out with Bajune and my cousin who’s like 10 years older than me. I’m just glad that even if I had to put up with them I grew up like this. Peach is so lucky she’s surrounded by the kewl-est sibs ever! *winks*

Tuesday --- West Cybergate. L With Katie gone, I need to man this site for at least once a week. I’ve visited this site thrice before but this is the first time I stayed here for a complete shift. After 8 hours here in Cyber, I’ve realized that I was really intended for Makati. I miss Rainey and Stephie. Cyber is just too secluded for me. I miss the hysterics of the people in Makati. I miss my cube and my PC (yahoo mail, imeem and Friendster). There’s also not much to do around here since most of my stuff are in Makati. The only thing I love about today is I got to eat talong and atay!!! *woot* and Oh out of boredom I finally joined Plurk!!! Come and be-friend me so I may get more Karma. Plurk sort of reminds me of Fish --- my cellphone. It’s such a cute site:
